1. How do I make an online purchase?
A. Select the appropriate products from the Examweapons products page;
B. Add them to your shopping cart;
C. Click on the "Proceed" button;
D. If this is your first purchase at Examweapons, you will be asked to register; For existing clients, simply login to continue to the next page;
E. Click on the “Check out” button and you will be directed to the credit card payment page to input your card information;
F. After purchase, the products can be accessed from the member area within 3 business days; If you want more detailed instructions mail service@Examweapons.com.
2. How do I receive the product?
All purchases can be accessed from your Member Area under the "My products - Current products" section.
3. I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is the problem?
Ensure that your cookies are enabled. To be able to make online purchases at Examweapons cookies must be enabled.
4. How do I receive the product?
All purchases are downloaded from the internet or by e-mail. You will have access to your purchases within 3 business days after we receive your money.
5. How do I ask for a refund?
In the unlikely case that you fail the exam after studying our material, you have the right to claim for a full refund. Simply send us your purchase ID along with a scanned copy of the stamped score report to service(at)examweapons.com.
